Positive Pathways: Building Confidence & Self-Esteem

This Positive Pathways session focuses on Building Confidence and Self-Esteem. Participants will explore positive self-talk, reflect on personal successes, and gently challenge comfort zones in a supportive environment.

This session is designed to help survivors recognize their strengths and cultivate confidence in daily life.

The 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month at 5:30 PM
