- **Event Description**: "Hormones 101" will be a 2-part series, where we will dive into the wisdom of the body's messengers ~ hormones ~ and explore the different factors and obstacles that impact hormone levels, regulation, as well as understand what our bodies are trying to tell us.  

We will continue this ongoing educational exploration of hormones & systems ~ body systems, cultural systems, as well as environmental & ancestral ~ that impact women’s health.  We will discuss holistic ways to cultivate hormonal balance and heal the feminine within.  A hormone-balancing tea will be shared, along with the herbal actions of the formula.  You will have the opportunity to ask your own questions related to hormonal health to someone who is trained and has 13+ years of clinical experience in women’s health.  

This particular workshop is intentionally scheduled on International Women’s Day ~ March 8th ~ to celebrate & honor your own journey as a woman, and all women. 

As a family constellation practitioner who addresses and helps bring healing into one’s life as well as healing ancestral patterns, it is believed that when we heal, our entire family heals - past, present, & future generations. 

The first step of that journey is to simply Show Up.
