St. Christopher's Annual Oyster Roast 2026

Come and see for yourself is the invitation extended by St. Christopher's Episcopal Church. Our Annual Oyster Roast is February 17 – Shrove Tuesday - Fat Tuesday - the kick-off of Mardi Gras to many! Our oyster roast is the right place to experience joyful fellowship while you shuck and slurp deliciousness! This family-friendly event helps the ministries of St. Christopher's to be the hands and feet of Jesus Christ in the world. Come and see for yourself!

• Steamed Oysters
• Boiled Shrimp
• Clam Chowder
• Hotdog plate (separate ticket for kids 12 years and under $5).
• Baked Beans
• Coleslaw
• Iced Tea and Water

• Doors Open 6 pm: Tickets are limited for a reserved seat closest to the food and reserved tables for parties of 8. Only those with tickets for the Oyster Roast and Hotdog plates will be permitted in the Gym event space.
• Roast Ends at 8 pm: The cleaning crew has work in the morning, so please depart by 8:30 pm.
• Childcare is FREE: Activities for all kids up to age 12 (pre-registration required). Add a hotdog plate for $5. Children are to be either under their parent's or adult's direct supervision, or they must be preregistered for our free child care.
• Evening also includes: Drawing with valuable prizes and a wine cork pull. Pre-purchase tickets online or buy them that night.
• BYOOK: bring your oyster knife. A limited quantity of knives will be sold at the roast for $5 each, or better yet, plan ahead and add one to your ticket purchase.
• BYOB: Beer, wine, or spirits, the choice is yours, but you’ve got to bring it, cups and ice with you; you are responsible for supervising your alcoholic beverages.
