Designed for children ages 7–12, this camp helps kids build confidence, body awareness, emotional regulation, creativity, and healthy social connection.

Daily Schedule:
8:30–9:00 AM — Drop-off and free play
9:00–9:45 AM — Morning Vinyasa Flow (Parents are welcome to join!)
10:00–11:00 AM — Mindful Crafts and Healthy Snacks
11:00 AM–12:00 PM — Yoga Games and Imagination Play
12:00–12:30 PM — Lunch (Provided daily)
12:30–2:00 PM — Movie Time with Guided Mindful Discussion
2:00–3:00 PM — Afternoon Partner Yoga (Parents are welcome to join!)
3:00–3:30 PM — Pick-up

What’s Included:
Five days of guided yoga, breathwork, and meditation
Yoga games, imagination play, and partner yoga
Mindful crafts and hands-on creative projects
Personal camp journal
All craft supplies
Daily lunch
Afternoon snacks
A small-group experience focused on confidence, calm, and connection

Lunch Options:
Lunch will rotate throughout the week and may include pizza, Chipotle-style bowls, and fresh salad bar options. Parents will be asked to complete a food preference and allergy form before camp begins.

Pricing:
$350 per child
$50 off each additional sibling

Enrollment:
Maximum 8 children
Minimum 4 registrations required for camp to run
If camp is cancelled due to low enrollment, full refunds will be issued.

What to Bring:
Water bottle
Comfortable clothes for movement
Yoga mat, optional - studio mats are available.

The camp is led by Ginger, owner of YogaUnMe & her 9-year-old son, Sean
