Food Groupies: Lefse Workshop (18+)

Join the library and Cynthia Lockington for a special edition of Food Groupies! Lefse is a traditional Norwegian flatbread made from potatoes, flour, and milk with many variations out there. Try your hand at making some lefse during this fun demo/workshop! Please call 608-269-2010 to register so staff can be prepared. Free!
