Join us at 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 1, at our Sparks studio (4854 Sparks Blvd. #102)! The studio is located in the back of the Vineyards Professional complex on Sparks Boulevard.

If you're not a member of Kaia FIT Sierra, please RSVP directly through the above link or through the Tickets link on this event page. This may involve creating an account with us, but any credit card added to your account absolutely will not be charged.

Members and non-members also can sign up by navigating to the Sparks location in the free Kaia FIT app from your app store.

RSVPs are required through our Mindbody system so that any non-members can sign our waiver in advance.
