Jolyn Armstrong is a specialist in trauma and grief recovery, helping individuals and couples restore balance, resilience, and emotional well-being. Drawing from certifications in Trauma Recovery, Grief Recovery, and Breathwork, along with extensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Embodiment, and Polyvagal Theory, Jolyn guides clients in regulating their nervous systems and reconnecting with themselves after loss or major life change. Through private and group sessions offered on Zoom, she creates safe, transformative spaces for healing and growth.
