Come lie in a safe, welcoming space and experience it for yourself! About your Healer: Hi, I’m Brina! I am a wild-spirited artist who is also a wife, mother to two daughters, and adventurer. I enjoy spending my free time rock climbing, mountain biking, mushroom hunting and foraging as well as tending to my houseplants, greenhouse, and chickens. I am based out of Pasadena, Maryland and have been facilitating sound baths since 2022. I fell in love with the mystery of sound healing in 2021 when I attended my first sound bath and shortly after was called to my very own set of crystal bowls. I started by sharing their magic with friends and family who gave incredible feedback about the many benefits that came from the experiences. Since then, I’ve known it was a sure path of mine to play for those around me and share with them in the experience they’ve also been called to. Singing bowls have a way of stopping time and speeding it up all at once. For me, they elicit feelings of melting, spinning, morphing, floating, creating something new from something familiar every single time. It’s a journey. A fun one. Sometimes bringing up strong emotions; things so big that you didn’t even know you needed space to process. Sometimes bringing absolute nothingness; something so simple that you maybe didn't even know you needed. I look forward to going on the journey with you, wherever it may take us.
