Join us for a guided Mat Pilates experience at Sprinker Recreation Center (Alder Room)

This session is designed to cater to all levels of experience, so whether you're brand new or a seasoned Pilates enthusiast, we welcome you to join in. Just be sure to bring your own yoga or exercise mat.
