- Participate in guided demonstrations of methods like EFT, breathing exercises, and other nervous system regulation strategies.
- Explore reflection and mindfulness exercises by the water at sunset, designed to help you notice transitions and create mental clarity.
- Develop personal routines you can easily integrate into your daily life for long-term self-care.

Optional: For those interested, we’ll offer a brief tarot reflection to explore insights from the evening and support self-awareness. No prior experience is needed, and participants are welcome to observe or engage as they feel comfortable.
