An evening of deep rest, connection and giving back
Join us on Tuesday 23rd June 2026, 7pm–8.30pm for a magical Summer Solstice Sound Bath, held in support of Gosberton Youth Centre 🌿
As the day gently fades into evening, allow yourself to unwind and be bathed in soothing sound vibrations designed to calm the nervous system, release tension and restore balance. This is your invitation to pause, reset and enjoy a deeply nourishing experience — all while supporting a vital local charity.
To make the most of your comfort:
• Please bring warm layers, as your body temperature may drop while relaxing
• Blankets, pillows, yoga mats or cushions are warmly encouraged
• Come prepared to fully sink in, rest and receive

✨ All proceeds go directly to Gosberton Youth Centre
