On Saturday 8th March, weāre thrilled to welcome the incredible Sue Ringrose ā a BHSI and British Eventing accredited coach, with 45 years of competitive experience.
Sue Ringrose is an established British Horse Society Instructor and British Eventing L3 Accredited Coach, who holds an MSc in Sport Coaching. Sue has competed to a high level in the three major disciplines of eventing (national and international competitor who has competed at Advanced and 3* level), showjumping ( competed at Grade B and C, Newcomers and Foxhunter level) and dressage (currently regularly competing up to and including Advanced Medium level).
Sue is the founder of New Farm Equestrian, a competition and livery yard nestling in the Lincolnshire Wolds, near Louth, where she trains horses for dressage and eventing and offers coaching at home and nationwide. Sue coaches all levels of horse and rider and with over 48 years of experience in the industry, has a confidence building and empathetic approach, catering to all individual needs.
Sue has been the lead Coach Educator for the BHA for 11 years, training industry staff and jockeys to attain coaching qualifications. In 2019 Sue was awarded the UK Coaching āCoach Developer of the Yearā award, the only equestrian to date to receive such an accolade.
Sue is also a Director of the Performance Mentoring Programme along with Ros Canter and Nick Turner, which aids young professional event riders to develop their businesses and step up in their competitive careers. The programme has two tiers of riders and a coach development cohort for which Sue organises and delivers training events nationwide.
Sue will be running a full eventing clinic covering dressage, show jumping, and cross-country, designed to sharpen your skills, boost your confidence, and give you expert guidance you simply wonāt get anywhere else.
