With Christmas and New Year often bringing a mix of busyness, pressure and overwhelm, this is a chance to slow down, step out of the chaos, and simply be. A warm cuppa, gentle conversation and shared space can make such a difference at this time of year.


We’ll have tea, coffee and biscuits, and plenty of time to chat, connect and unwind. It’s a baby-friendly space, with room for little ones to play while you enjoy some adult connection.


? Family members and friends are very welcome to join you — connection and support matter for everyone, especially during the festive season.


This social is donation-based, helping us raise funds for the Perinatal Power Circle and support future classes, events and community plans.
