Walk Beyond Recovery - WALBERSWICK, SUFFOLK

Join us for our Walk Beyond Recovery on Saturday 22nd November at 11am. We will be meeting Meet at the shelter outside the toilets.

There is limited free roadside parking by village green or paid parking via Ringo App (£3)

Led by Bridget, our planned walk will be a gentle stroll on quiet village lanes, through beautiful reed beds on wooden walkways, footpaths & back along the river with views of the harbour & Southwold.

Walking in nature is proven to support both physical and mental wellbeing, reducing stress, improving mood, and helping to build connection with others. Our Beyond Recovery Walks are open to all those living with the impact of a brain tumour diagnosis, and offer a chance to enjoy fresh air, movement, and good company in a supportive environment.
