Each gathering is an invitation to step inside a living moment of the seasonal cycle, allowing our body, senses, and imaginal to deepen our conversation with the rhythm felt in and around us.
Spring, we explore emergence as a lived, felt, and imagined experience, through somatic awareness, mindful movement, and time in connection with the natural world.
