There are four loops, each approximately 4 miles long. You can complete the loops in any order and repeat them as many times as you like.

Runners
Complete up to 10 loops for a total distance of 40+ miles
You’ll have 1 hour to complete each loop
After every loop, return to the house to refuel, rest, and get ready to head out again at the start of the next hour


Walkers
Complete up to 7 loops for a total distance of 28+ miles
You’ll have 1.5 hours to complete each loop
After every loop, return to the house to refuel, recharge, and head back out after the 1.5 hours is up.

The cut-off times are strict but achievable for both runners and walkers alike.
