Together, we will prepare a feast from scratch- harvesting our ingredients, and using home grown and home preserved ingredients. When it is all ready, we will set our feast table (indoors unless we have balmy weather!), sit down and share it together. Our feast will be a three course meal featuring the beautiful 'Three Sisters' trio of maize, beans and winter squash, as well as plenty of greens and fruits, and seasonal drinks. It will be vegetarian and we can cater for vegan and gluten free diets too.If you are interested in how you could grow and cook more of your own food whilst enjoying delicious flavours and colours, then this workshop is bound to inspire you. Whether you love to co-create delicious food alongside others or have never cooked before, you will be a welcome member of the feast preparation team.
