Talk a moment away from the everyday to breathe deeply and be nestled by wind and kissed by rain.About this EventPlease note that this event is weather-dependent! It will go ahead in drizzle or light winds but not in torrential rain or strong winds! We will make the decision a few days before. If you book on and would like to still gather despite heavier weather, we will offer an alternative indoor sharing circle and mindful handiwork activity, such as corn stripping or bean-shelling. We are offering this activity during mental wellness month, on the Friday preceding 'Blue Monday', and are naming it 'Green Friday'. Gathering together in the natural world is a soothing antidote to a sore or worn heart, a down-trodden spirit, a fatigued body or a wired brain. During our time together, Celebrant Joy of Rooted Ceremonies will hold space for a gentle check-in circle (outside if the weather allows), followed by a gentle walk, with space for silence, reflection and companionship. Hot drinks will be provided. The event will run outdoors if the weather allows, so please come ready for walking on muddy and uneven ground. You may want to wear wellies and bring umbrellas. Please let us know any accessibility needs and we will do our best to accommodate you.Please note, babes in slings or in all terrain-buggies are welcome to join parents, but you may have some slippery or steep inclines to navigate.
