Spectrum Alliance are delighted to share that we have been awarded a grant to run a **Wellbeing Crochet Group for autistic adults**.

The group will be **limited to 10 places** and will begin on
**Tuesday 6th January**, running **1:30pm – 3:00pm** each week for **12 weeks**.

✨ **This group is completely FREE**, and **all materials are provided**, including wool and crochet hooks.

For the **first four sessions**, we are pleased to welcome **Jill, an experienced crochet teacher**, who will be on hand to help people get started and offer guidance. After this, the group will continue as a **relaxed, supportive community crochet space**, rather than a formal class.

? **All experience levels are welcome** — from complete beginners to those with some crochet experience. The focus is on wellbeing, working together, and helping each other. As a group, we will be creating **granny squares**, which can later be sewn together to make finished items.

? **Handouts will be available** to support learning at your own pace.

? To keep things simple and stress-free, **all work will remain at the Bijou Community Cinema** during the programme. In the **final week**, you’ll be able to take your completed work home with you. We will be taking photographs during the session for the grant provider.
