Reiki 1 course and attunement

A wonderful relaxed way to start your journey with Reiki
In this course you will be attuned to Reiki, learn the history, learn different techniques on how to reiki on yourself and friends and family
Also you will learn about the chakras
You will then be a member of The Dairy Reiki Group and will be in a page where we discuss all things reiki
You will receive a manual and certificate

Also an option to do this as a refresher course if you have a reiki 1 certificate already
