Drop in and relax in as the gong's vibrations wash over you - these ancient vibrations are known to help us release stagnant energy and bring deep emotions to the surface for healing.  This creates a pathway and more space for grace.  Grace arrives when the heart softens- it helps us handle chaos and difficult situations with love and forgiveness.  The gong can also help reduce anxiety and can help you create balance, clarity, and a sense of well being. 

This candlelight practice will begin with hands on assists to settle you, a guided meditation leading into a gong bath to shower you with new moon energy.  Come feel at home in your body at home in your mind and at home in the heart while resting in the wide open space of grace.

Please dress comfortably and for warmth as your body can lose heat during this special practice.
