After a string of sold-out events that brought together incredible women, beautiful food, and unforgettable memories, we’re turning up the sparkle for Joyeux Noël, our most indulgent afternoon yet.

Set in the stunning Penelope’s on the Park, you’ll be welcomed with a glass of something special before settling in for a three-course festive feast, designed exclusively for Elle Sera by Penelope’s talented Executive Chef. Expect creative dishes, elegant flavours, and a touch of Christmas decadence in every bite.

The atmosphere? Think twinkling lights, laughter that fills the room, and that unmistakable buzz of women coming together to celebrate, unwind, and toast to the season ahead.

With live entertainment, flowing drinks, and food and festivities galore, this is the perfect excuse to leave the car at home and kick off your Christmas celebrations with a bang.

Where is the event being held?
Penelope’s on the Park, Birkdale

What time does it start and finish?
The event runs from 12 pm to 4 pm on Tuesday 2nd December. We recommend arriving on time to enjoy your welcome drink and settle in before lunch is served.

What’s included in the ticket price?
Your ticket includes:

• A welcome drink on arrival
• A three-course festive menu created exclusively for Elle Sera
• Live entertainment
• Exclusive access to shop new Elle Sera products before anyone else

Will there be drinks available to buy?
Yes! The bar will be open throughout the event with a full range of drinks available to purchase — from festive cocktails and wines to soft drinks and mocktails.

Can I come alone?
Absolutely! Many of our guests come solo and always leave with new friends. The Elle Sera community is warm, welcoming, and full of wonderful women — you’ll feel right at home.

What should I wear?
Think festive and fabulous! There’s no strict dress code, but it’s the perfect excuse to dress up a little and feel your best.

Do I need to bring my ticket on the day?
No - we will have your name on the guests list.

Is there parking nearby?
Yes, there’s parking close to Penelope’s on the Park, but we’d encourage guests to leave the car at home if they’d like to fully enjoy the drinks and festive cheer.

Are dietary requirements catered for?
Of course. Please let us know of any dietary requirements when confirming your menu choice 2 weeks ahead of the event

Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
Tickets are non-refundable, but if you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to another guest. Please let us know in advance if you need to do this.

Will there be photos or video taken at the event?
Yes, we’ll have photographers capturing the festive atmosphere and special moments. By attending, you agree to be included in event photos which may be used on Elle Sera’s social media and marketing materials.

What happens after I book?
Kelly from Elle Sera will be in touch two weeks before the event to request your menu choices, dietary requirements, and the names of your party to make sure you’re seated together.
