To step out of winter, reconnect with yourself, create space for something new and welcome a little more energy, joy and possibility into your life.
HELLO Spring is a beautiful full-day wellbeing experience for women — a day to pause, breathe, move, reflect, connect and simply enjoy being in the company of other like-minded women.
Created and facilitated by three experienced wellbeing practitioners — Alison Nancye, Wendy King and Wendy Magic — HELLO Spring brings together movement, mindfulness, breath, sound, reflection, connection and renewal in one nourishing day.
There is nothing you need to achieve, fix or be.
Simply come as you are.
Throughout the day, you'll be gently guided through a collection of experiences designed to help you reconnect with your body, your mind, your energy and yourself.

Whether you're moving through change, craving connection, feeling ready for a reset, or simply want to give yourself a beautiful day away from the busyness of everyday life, HELLO Spring is your invitation.
Come alone or bring a friend. You don't need any previous experience with meditation, movement or wellbeing practices — everything will be accessible, welcoming and gently guided.
This isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about creating the space to reconnect with who you already are — and welcoming the new season with intention, energy and possibility.
