Join Shannon for a soul-soothing restorative yoga practice designed to calm your nervous system, release tension, and invite deep rest.

Each class is intentionally small — only 6 spots available per session — so be sure to reserve early!

This 90-minute experience combines gentle, supported yoga postures with the warmth of heated basalt stones placed on the body. As you rest, the heat melts away layers of physical and emotional tension, guiding you into a profound state of ease and inner stillness.

Props like soft bolsters, blocks, and cozy blankets will cradle your body in comfort while your mind slows down and resets.

Perfect for anyone in need of grounding, restoration, and deep self-care.
