An extended, intimate Yin practice for Yin lovers and those curious about Yin Yoga- come get passionate about connective tissue health and see why Yin and her healing “edge” are beloved by practitioners. 

As we age, our bodies “shrink wrap,” especially the connective tissue such as fascia and ligaments.  Our life force energy (chi, prana, God energy) runs through tiny nadis/ meridians which are found in this connective tissue.  Our intention with Yin and other deep stretch practices is to “juice” up this web of tissue with poses that place pressure on certain points to eventually allow the synovial fluid to flow unrestricted- meaning our inner winds flow more efficiently and we simply feel better.  

This class is limited to 10 and in addition will include some use of acupressure balls. Perfect for this time of year.
