We’re back for BMRC 16 on Monday 17th November, and we’d love to see as many of you out as possible to kick off the week the right way. This one’s a steady 5K route, perfect for all paces — whether you’re easing back into things or keeping your momentum going.

With the darker nights well and truly here, please make sure you dress for the weather — layers, gloves, waterproofs, whatever works for you. Lighting is absolutely essential now: head torches, chest lights, reflective gear… anything that keeps you bright and visible while we’re out on the roads.
BMRC is all about community, good vibes, and getting those miles in together. If you’re new, don’t worry — you’ll be looked after, no one gets left behind, and it’s a great chance to meet others and build your confidence.
