• Opening circle & intention setting
• Gentle breathwork to help you arrive & ground
• Silent guided barefoot beach walk
• Creative craft making
• Drumming circle around the fire
• Let go & release fire ritual 🔥
• Time to relax, swim & just be 🌊
• Sound bath journey with Reiki healing
• Sunset meditation & closing ceremony 🌅

Everything is optional ( and may vary slightly as I will always work with the energy & vibe
