Yoga & Meditation Retreat on The North Fork with Heidi Fokine

I don't know about you, but I need a peaceful and powerful respite from the ups and downs of our turbulent times. As you may know, I only schedule retreats once I am convinced that the location and offering will be exceptional. And now we have just that!

Please join THE GIVING ROOM and Heidi Michel Fokine for the New Moon in May Yoga and Meditation Retreat at The Hotel Moraine in Greenport on The North Fork. Thursday May 29 - 31st. This intimate experience is designed to open your heart and strengthen your body. I am considering this a journey to Peace and Power during a tumultuous time.

The experience is located at the luxurious waterfront Moraine Hotel. Luxury accommodations are combined with waterfront yoga and meditation and healthy delicious meals. We will celebrate under the dark new moon night sky with a fire ceremony and intention setting ceremony. Heidi will be leading her powerful yoga sessions and sunrise meditation will take place at the water's edge. If you are interested in a cold-water plunge, we have that option. Alternatively, you may enjoy the gorgeous, heated pool and fireplace in your room. Ideally, you might say, ‘yes’ to it all!
