Guided Breathwork Class

Joins us and our guest Jessica Demla, LPC and Licensed Breathwork facilitator on April 8th for a dynamic and consciousness shifting breathwork class. This class is aimed at helping us connect and balance our nervous system through various breathing techniques. Jessica's soft and intentional approach brings a sense of calmness and clarity to every class making her one of our favorite facilitators to work with.

Participants should bring comfortable clothing, sweater or blanket, yoga mat and water bottle. Optional, participants can bring eye covers to help with focus and relaxation. This is class is safe for ages 16+.
