Join me for a Post-Thanksgiving Sound Journey on Sunday, 11/30 from 6-7 PM in the lunar window following the new moon.
A grounding, restorative experience designed to help you ease tension, recalibrate your energy, and step into the next cycle as we move into December’s slower rhythm.
