Together they work with one another to open the heart and the mind to yourself and Great Spirit.Before serving Mama Cacao, Stephanie sings to her and offer her a little prayer. She infuses her with gratitude, appreciation, and love. There will sound healing throughout. The frequencies of these sounds and music will help the medicine travel unhindered throught the body.
