Here's the deal: The more the merrier! Pass this on! Bring your friends and family!
And please bring a WRAPPED GIFT for a child AGE 6-11 YEARS OLD.
*In particular the Center is in need of Infant Sleepers and Toys for Boys 5-8 years old.
Your gift will given to a child by Santa at the Thomas Terry Community Center (affiliated with Join Hands ESL) in the Metro East.
All gifts should be:
* NEW, not "gently used" (C'mon, does Santa give hand-me-downs?) and not homemade.
* Wrapped.
* Labeled with a removable post-it note with pertinent info. (Ex.: "Doll for 6-8 y.o.," "Car for 7-11 y.o.")
* Interactive toys that do not require batteries.
* Toys rather than clothes or books. (The Center has other programs for those essential needs.)
If you don't have time to shop, please feel free to write a check to "Join Hands ESL” with “Thomas Terry Community Center” in the Comment and mail it to me or bring it with you. You may also give online at
