Join us for our first-ever river float on Saturday, June 21, 2025 at Blue Springs Ranch! This one-of-a-kind event is all about building community, making memories, and having a blast—because fun is fundamental to a thriving St. Louis vegan movement. We can’t wait to connect, unwind, and celebrate the summer together. ??

Here are a few important details to help make sure everything goes smoothly and safely:

? Footwear Required

For your safety, proper water shoes are a must. You’re welcome to bring your own, or grab a pair from Walmart or another major retailer (around $25). Need us to provide them? No problem—just let us know in advance so we can prepare for you.

? Timing Is Everything

This is a full-day event, and timing is crucial.

We’ll meet at our carpool location (TBA) and leave sharply at 8:45 AM.

We need to arrive at the venue by 10:00 AM to make our 11:00 AM float, with a mandatory check-in at least 45 minutes early.

⏳ If we’re late, we cannot float. The venue is strict about timing and unfortunately, we won’t be able to wait for late arrivals.

If you do fall behind, the venue may have one last float departure at 12:00 PM. While we can’t guarantee availability, if there’s space, you may be able to join that group and meet us on the river.

☀️ Food, Sunscreen, and Drinks

Lunch is on us! We’ll be providing a group meal during the day.
Please bring your own sunscreen—you’ll want plenty!
You’re welcome to bring alcohol, but only in aluminum cans—no glass is allowed on the river.
? Clean & Comfy After the Float

Want to freshen up after the adventure? The resort has showers available, so feel free to bring a change of clothes for post-float comfort.
