This group encourages open conversation, emotional expression, and peer connection in a calm, respectful, and judgment-free environment.Led by trained intern therapists from Journey to Clarity and overseen by licensed clinicians, each session is thoughtfully structured while remaining flexible to meet the needs of the group. Topics may include friendships, school stress, self-esteem, family dynamics, emotions, and navigating growing up.Girls are never pressured to share and may participate at their own comfort level. Our goal is to help participants feel heard, supported, and empowered while building healthy communication and coping skills.Snacks are provided. Most commercial and Medicaid insurance plans are accepted. Free for those without insurance.
