Kick off the holiday season with Southfield’s annual Tree Lighting Ceremony! ✨
The festivities begin at 6 p.m. with a warm welcome from Mayor Kenson Siver and city officials—then get ready for the grand arrival of Santa, brought in by the Southfield A&T High School Marching Band for the official lighting of the city tree.

After the ceremony, stick around for a night full of family fun:
🐑 Visit the petting zoo
❄️ Watch ice carving demonstrations
🎶 Enjoy live entertainment
🎨 Pick up take-and-make crafts for kids
☕ Savor cookies and hot chocolate in front of City Hall

🎅 Santa will be visiting with children inside the Southfield Pavilion this year, so make sure you have your wish list ready!
