- **Event Description**: Trans Day of Remembrance is a time to remember the trans people who have those who have lost their lives as a result of transphobia over the last year. Come and join us to light a candle to memorialise them. Doors open at 7pm. 

At 7.30pm there will be speeches, poetry, lighting candles and to time to mourn together. Followed by refreshments and community.

This vigil is ran by Transpire, and hosted by St Mark's Church. The event is not a church service as it needs to be a safe space for as many people as possible. We welcome people of all faiths and none, trans people and allies, to come together in solidarity and support. All welcome, including allies.
