Prenatal group pilates class commencing on Tuesday the 16th of April 2024, evening class 6.30pm at Newcomen Methodist Church in Redcar.
🤰This class is specifically designed to suit you and your growing baby. Gentle core and postural exercises to build and maintain core strength, along with stretching exercises to help ease any pregnancy aches and pains. Prepare for birth with movements, breathing techniques and guided relaxation.

You can start from 12 weeks gestation right through your pregnancy up to 40-42 weeks. You don't need any experience in Pilates to join, suitable for all abilities and complete beginners 😊
This is £48 for the x6 week block alternatively PAYG £10 per class providing space is available.
In your third trimester if baby makes an early appearance, any remaining sessions will move to the mum and baby pilates, you can join following your 6 week check or 12 weeks following a c-section.
