About the event

OM Immersion
OM (or AUM) is more than just a sound—it is a vibration, a mantra, a map of consciousness. In this deep-dive workshop, we’ll demystify the origins and purpose of OM through the lens of yogic philosophy and Sanskrit mantra.

You’ll learn how to pronounce and feel the full vibration of A-U-M, explore its symbolic layers, and understand why this sound is considered the seed of all creation. After a grounding discussion, we’ll enter into a full 60-minute practice of chanting, mantra meditation, and stillness.
