Restorative Yoga Sound Bath Workshop

Sound Baths are a combination of restorative yoga, meditation and a sacred sound concert. During a sound healing session, Kelvin plays the crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gong, ocean drum, chimes to activate the relaxation response to calm your mind, relax your body, and nourish your soul.

Restorative yoga is a gentle form of yoga that focuses on relaxation and rejuvenation. Amie will guide you through gentle poses which will be held for extended periods of time, allowing the body to fully relax and release tension. This practice is perfect for anyone looking to reduce stress, improve flexibility, and promote overall well-being.
