**Snowflake Scrap at The Wellsworth Hotel**
Event Timing: January 23th-25th, 2026
Event Address: 14 Mechanic Street, Southbridge MA
**Registration Payment:** We will NOT be taking credit cards, Venmo, Paypal or Zelle as registration payment . Please send a check or money order to Jennifer Ruquist, mail to 20 Whiskers Lane, Litchfield, CT 06759. You can also set it up on bill pay through your online banking. Registration is $75 if received by June 1st, if after June 1st it goes to $85.
**Credit Card Number**
Nothing is charged to your credit card at this time. **You must call Jennifer @ 860-309-3138 **with your credit card number **within 5 days** to reserve your registration for the hotel. Credit card number is given to the hotel to hold food & lodging package reservations. **You will be responsible for the hotel package cost if you cancel less than 1 week prior to the event. **Credit** **cards will be charged by the hotel week of the event.

**Lodging and Food packages**
Roommates must be staying same # of nights for package rate, rates are per person based on room occupancy. Registration is not included with hotel lodging and food packages.
2 Nights - Single room $588 food & lodging pkg
2 Nights - Double room $472 per person food & lodging pkg
2 Nights - Triple room $439 per person food & lodging pkg
2 Nights - Quad room $422 per person food & lodging pkg
1 Night - Saturday Night Only Single $405 food & lodging pkg (arrive after 9am Saturday)
1 Night - Saturday Night Only Double $351 food & lodging pkg (arrive after 9am Saturday)
1 Night - Saturday Night Only Triple $336 food & lodging pkg (arrive after 9am Saturday)
1 Night - Saturday Night Only Quad $328 food & lodging pkg (arrive after 9am Saturday)
If you are staying over Thursday or Sunday night for $99 for 1-2 guests. Add $10 each for each additional guest. (Sorry, no access to the crop room until Friday at 3pm).
