This peaceful opening session combines a variety of meditation techniques designed to help you slow down, reset your mind and gently awaken the body.Using our comfortable silent disco headphones, you will hear the teacher’s calming voice and carefully selected music directly in your ears, allowing you to completely immerse yourself without distractions from the outside world.After meditation, you’re invited to take part in an optional refreshing sea dip before warming up with the sauna (sweat lodge) experience or relaxing with a coffee and connecting with others.
