But it’s more than just yoga! Our classes provide a warm and welcoming space to connect with other pregnant women, share experiences, and build friendships that often continue long after your little ones arrive.

You’ll also be added to a private WhatsApp group with other expectant mums from your class, so you can stay in touch, share the journey, and make new friends along the way.

Whether you're new to yoga or have years of experience, these classes are SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS!

Mondays 6pm-7pm at The Village Community Hall (TOC H), 37 Little Mount Sion, TN1 1YS

Wednesdays 7:30pm-8:30pm at Southborough Civic Centre, 137 London Rd, Southborough, Tunbridge Wells TN4 0NA
