Join me for a relaxed and rewarding evening where you’ll learn to craft your Catalan platter tension tray,
They are great to use at the table to display of bread, fruit, cheeses, etc., and can also be used as a hot platter ideal for putting hot bread on to cool down.

These sturdy trays are held together through clever tension-based weaving and are perfect for serving food, displaying treasured items, or using as a decoration to add a rustic touch to your wall.
