Using a detailed skills audit, derived from the SHL universal competency framework, this 1/2 day workshop will help you assess your current personal skills, develop an action plan for their development and access on-going support to achieve your goals.
To begin, you will identify your strengths and the consider ways in which they can be put to greater use to achieve even more success.
You will also identify the personal skills that it would be helpful for you to develop further. Skills that when developed and put to use will enable you to achieve even greater success.

This workshop will help you identify your preferred learning style and having done so begin to develop your action plan, setting SMART goals and actions for your personal development over the forthcoming months.
