We often see the employment relationship having already fractured before a grievance is raised. Therefore it is even more important to ensure you feel confident in these processes. There are too many examples of employers failing to follow their own processes or as a minimum, the ACAS Code of Practice on Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures. With the scope to increase any Tribunal award by up to 25% for failure to do so, it is key that managers ensure they know how and why they must get these processes right.The aim of this training session is to go through the relevant processes in depth focusing on the key elements of the investigation grievance meetings.
