Once you have booked on you will be emailed a link for an application form to the Univeristy of Southampton to gain credits for this module. Please state if you wish to gain these academic credits at level 6 or 7 and complete the forms ideally a month before the start date to ensure access to university systems is not delayed. If you are doing both modules 1 and 2 there is a discounted price for completing both modules and only one form will need to be submitted.If you wish to complete this module unaccredited please respond informing us of such, the asignment will still need to be completed however.​Prior requirementsMust have attended a paediatric oncology foundation day and completed Paediatric oncology course module 1, fundamentals of care.
