The Bodhicaryavatara is one of the most enduring guides to living a life of compassion – not as an abstract ideal, but as something embodied in the way we speak, act, and meet the world. Join us as we explore its chapters as a path of practice: a way of cultivating courage, patience, generosity, and the deep tenderness that arises when we truly recognise the suffering of others.

Going Deeper is every Saturday, tea 11am, meditation and teaching 11.30am – 1pm.

If you're new to meditation, why not try our Learn to Meditate drop-in class for beginners? It happens every Saturday at 10–11am, immediately before this Going Deeper session.

All our classes are offered on a donation basis, drawing upon the Buddhist practice of dana – generosity. Please give what you can to support us to share the Buddha’s teachings more widely.
