Feminine Rage Class

You know that rage that makes your jaw clench? The kind that lives in your notes app?
This class is for that.

Spend International Women’s Day with us, moving through anger, strength, and release. Expect 45 minutes of screaming, slamming, and deep, core work, followed by a grounding stretch and reset. Then we’ll pour the matcha, and you can chill, surrounded by like-minded women.
