Spend an insightful evening with our much-anticipated hosts, Dermot and Ana Sugrue, widely regarded as England’s finest winemakers.

On the night, you'll be welcomed with a glass of Bee Tree by Sugrue Blanc de Noirs, before a delightful four-course menu, each dish paired with a Sugrue South Downs wine chosen by Dermot and Ana.

Dermot and Ana join us off the back of picking and processing the 2025 vintage – the earliest harvest on record in England and one that, by all accounts, is looking exceptional in terms of quality. While we'll have to wait another five years to taste the wines, we'll be hearing from the Sugrues about the challenges of 2025 and the huge potential of its wines over this dinner.
