Join us for a hands-on workshop in partnership with OSU Extension where you'll learn the delicious art of making and preserving blackberry jam! Whether you're a seasoned home cook or just curious about food preservation, this class is the perfect opportunity to dive into the basics of safe canning and savor the flavor of summer all year long.

Led by expert instructors from OSU Extension, Alexus Masterson and Emily Marrison, you'll get step-by-step guidance on making jam from scratch, proper preservation techniques, and food safety tips. Walk away with your own jar of homemade blackberry jam, new skills, and the confidence to preserve your own seasonal harvests.
