Led by expert instructors from OSU Extension, Alexus Masterson and Emily Marrison, you'll get step-by-step guidance on making jam from scratch, proper preservation techniques, and food safety tips. Walk away with your own jar of homemade blackberry jam, new skills, and the confidence to preserve your own seasonal harvests.
